CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This consent is given in electronic form by your implied (conscious, purposeful) actions: sending an unsolicited email to the Operator's email addresses (including info@abpro.ru, hr@abpro.ru) from your personal mailbox, and following the consent verification instructions sent by the auto-reply system.

• When sending enquiries about architectural design and interior design: surname, first name and patronymic; contact telephone number; email address; other information and files voluntarily included in your email.
• When applying for a vacancy (resume, CV, portfolio): surname, first name and patronymic; contact telephone number; email; information on citizenship, city of residence, education, qualifications, length of service and work experience; portfolio (drawings, visualisations, graphic files); photograph (as part of the resume, without biometric analysis); other personal details contained in the resume and cover letter.

3. Purposes of personal data processing:

• Considering a candidate for the Operator's vacant positions, assessing the portfolio, conducting online/offline interviews and communicating on employment matters.
• Handling incoming enquiries from prospective clients, estimating costs, conducting telephone negotiations, consulting on architectural design and interior design services; preparing commercial proposals and draft contracts.

4. Actions performed with personal data:

This consent is given for the following actions, performed with or without automation tools: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, depersonalisation and destruction of personal data. Data is not transferred to third parties without your additional consent.

5. Validity period and withdrawal:

The consent is valid from the moment you send the email until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

You may withdraw the consent at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator's postal address: 20 Zakrutkina St., Rostov-on-Don, 344019, or an email to info@abpro.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". The Operator shall cease processing and permanently destroy the data within a period not exceeding 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.
